The best way to clean jewelry at home is to get two bowls. Fill one with warm water and a few drops of a mild dish soap and fill the second with only warm water. Soak your items for a few moments (if you have a gemstone that can be soaked) then scrub them with a soft toothbrush. Then dip each piece into the plain water bowl to rinse off the residue. Lastly dry with a cotton, micro-fiber or lint-free cloth. If you want to get your jewelry expertly cleaned, with a professional steamer stop in for complementary cleaning.
