- Jewelry repairs are performed by a master jeweler and guaranteed for one year (restrictions apply).
- Client’s jewelry is fully insured while it's in Galina Fine Jewelers possession (per declared value).
- Before and after pictures are taken and emailed to the client if permitted.
- All repair jobs are performed only after the client's approval.
- Every step (including all communications and any actions taken) is being recorded, tracked and saved in a database.
When a piece is brought to us for ring repair or ring sizing, it is thoroughly examined by our trained staff. We go through a process making sure to document images, descriptions, declared value, all of which stays in our database.
